Licensed Clinical Social Worker
My job is fourfold: to listen to your issues, recognize maladaptive patterns or behaviors, help to connect your emotions to your actions, and teach coping skills that nurture an overall sense of competency and contentment.
My clients tell me I am an interactive therapist with "a unique gift for offering clarity and perspective in complex situations". I cannot promise that therapy will always be easy or comfortable, but I know for certain that the experience is essential to living a happy, fulfilled and connected life.
Areas of Focus
-

Addiction and Recovery
Is someone you love exhibiting concerning behavior? Maybe you’re worried you might be developing some addictive patterns? You are not alone. Let’s take a closer look together.
-

Parenting
Outside of the immeasurable joy of parenthood, raising children is a risky, vulnerable endeavor. My strengths lie in helping parents build strong, connected relationships, healthy limits, and protective skills—especially in cases where addiction or other mental health risk is part of the picture.

General Psychotherapy
Some of us are a little stuck. Others are on the edge of becoming unhinged. If sadness, worry, fear or mood swings are interfering with your overall functioning, It’s the perfect time to seek an outside perspective.
“You are a fabulous provider and I am forever grateful I made my first appointment a few years back. The support, validation, humor and guidance have been invaluable.”
